Refund Policy

At JDiaz Agency, our primary objective is to provide our clients with exceptional creative services that meet and exceed their expectations. We strive for excellence in every project we undertake, ensuring that our clients are thoroughly satisfied with the creativity, quality, and timeliness of our work. However, we understand that there may be rare occasions when a refund may be warranted. Therefore, our refund policy is as follows:

1. Consultation and Initial DepositNon-Refundable Deposit: Upon agreeing to a project, we require a non-refundable deposit to commence work. This deposit covers initial consultation, brainstorming, and preliminary design work.

2. Cancellation PolicyCancellation by Client: If a client chooses to cancel the project after the initial deposit has been paid and work has commenced, no refund will be issued for the deposit. Additional charges incurred for work performed up to the cancellation date must also be settled.

3. Project Milestones and PaymentsDefined Milestones: Our projects are broken down into clearly defined milestones. Payments are typically requested upon the approval of each milestone.Refund for Incomplete Milestones: If the project is terminated by the client before a specific milestone is completed, the client will be billed for the amount of work completed up to that milestone, and no refunds will be given for any previous payments.

4. Delivery and ApprovalClient Approval: Once the final deliverables are submitted, the client has 14 days to review and provide feedback. Any revisions or corrections must be communicated within this period. No Refund After Approval: After the client approves the final deliverables, no refunds will be issued. Approval is considered acceptance that the work meets the client’s satisfaction.

5. Refund EligibilityQuality Concerns: If a client is dissatisfied with the quality of work received, they must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving the deliverable. We will review the concern and make reasonable efforts to address the issues. Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis, primarily in situations where JDiaz Agency fails to meet the project scope agreed upon in the initial contract.

6. Forced RefundsBreach of Contract: In case of a breach of contract by JDiaz Agency, resulting in the failure to deliver the specified services, a prorated refund will be issued based on the amount of work completed relative to the total project cost.
